Overdrive - Ninja Shadow Revenge review
Overdrive - Ninja Shadow Revenge casts you as a Shadow Cyborg, a robotic ninja on a mission to avenge fallen allies by hunting down the members of the Dark Clan. The game is a two-dimensional action platformer, so the action unfolds along a side view as you advance through enemy-held territory and confront the clan's fighters one by one.
Movement is handled with on-screen buttons: a set of controls on the left side of the screen moves your character, while buttons on the right handle jumping, dashing and attacking. Those three actions can be combined into combos and special attacks, giving the combat a degree of depth beyond simple button mashing.
The title comes from developer GMS Adventure and is offered free of charge under a proprietary license. Version 1.8.47 was released on December 20, 2025, as a 102.19 MB XAPK file. It carries a +12 content rating, lists 17 permissions, and supports English plus 45 additional languages.
